Reverse Pick-Up Policy
At Wordlife Shop, our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also throughout the Returns & Refunds process. Our policy is designed to make the return process simple, transparent, and reassuring.

- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- The item must be shipped back to our warehouse. Transport charges will be refunded where applicable.
- After we receive the returned item(s), your return or exchange request will be processed.
- Refund processing time is typically 7–10 business days after initiation.
- In case of exchange, the replacement order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Policy

- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- If incorrect pricing was charged due to catalogue error.
- If a wrong item has been shipped.
Claiming Refunds
For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / PayPal transactions:
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an incorrect item was sent by Wordlife Shop.
- Banks typically take 7–10 business days to reflect the refund after initiation.
